Paul Hale, Managing Partner and Brewmaster, founded Queen City Brewery in 2012 along with partners Paul Held, Phil Kaszuba, and Maarten and Sarah van Ryckevorsel. As long-time friends and home brewers with a fondness for traditional beer styles, QCB represents to us the culmination of nearly 30 years of recipe formulation and research (i.e., beer trips to Europe).

Lillian MacNamara is QCB's Head Brewer. Lillian started with us in 2014 after nearly a decade of experience in the craft brewing community, including brewer positions with Hop’n Moose Brewing Company, Magic Hat Brewing Company, Otter Creek Brewing Company, and Oregon Trail Brewery.

Jason Held is our Tasting Room Manager, providing friendly, knowledgable service behind our beautiful 50 year old mahogany bar.

Ben Gostanian is the Assistant Brewer at Queen City. Ben previously was an assistant brewer and jack-of-all-trades at Farnham Ale & Lager.

What's New at QCB

June 6, 2018 -

The sun is out, the patio is up, it's time for you to enjoy our refreshing Saison "C" now on tap. This light and spritzy brew has notes of ripe pineapple and white wine, along side some soft funk and tartness from the Brettanomyces C yeast strain we used. Can't stay and sit? Bottles are available for purchase in our taproom.

Saison "C" was aged in red wine puncheons for over 6 months and was absolutely worth the wait.

Limited supply available, so come visit soon!
